Perhaps games that are not televised can be streamed online. After all, that does seem to be where tv is headed - streaming services. In 10 years, will you even be able to access shows and sports without an internet connection?

Moving to online only impacts distribution costs. It doesn't change production or other business costs. I don't know how much each one is.

With only one "channel" instead of seven, P12N should expect a further drop in revenue, but maybe not much.

I'd pretty much scrap the whole thing and start over. The first thing would be to move to a low-cost location in the footprint. Phoenix makes a lot of sense.
