I'd have one network channel for old fashioned sattelite and cable and then a website that can have as little or as much streaming content as is available.  Thus, there could be one live stream available (at odd hours or in the summer when it is out of season) plus whatever saved content people wish to stream, but when there are a lot of athletic events happening simultaneously, you aren't limited to seven live streams.

The days of a "channels" where what content you can present to consumers is limited, is over.

I like what BC, Needle and Phogge are bringing to the conversation. One main Pac-12 Network as we currently have, one or two alternate channels a la SEC or BC's streaming option---as opposed to regional channels--for overlapping live content, and better production values with Phogge calling the shots.

But that's still not going to solve the main problem, which is that too many of the best football and men's basketball players in the Pacific and Mountain time zones are, for the most part, not playing for Pac-12 schools.
