One way to do it on a Mac is with Quicktime Player. Open up Quicktime, go into File -> New Screen Recording, select Record on the toolbar at the bottom. You may need to select an audio source as well. I'm not sure it works without an audio routing program as well.
The more expensive way to do it would be to use a program like ScreenFlow to capture the screen and computer audio.
