I'm not much of a bracketologist, but it'd take more than that, no? I'd think win out and get to the finals at least? We'll see. Doesn't seem likely, in any case. I was zooming with a class and came on late, only to find ODS out with that injury. They needed to find a way to win tonight, but sadly did not.

Gonna need to win the next two and maybe one more after to get in.

To consider Stanford's chances of getting into the tournament, you have to look at the other teams Stanford is competing with. They don't make it or not compared to any absolute standard.

ESPN's bracketology guy (Lunardi) has Stanford as the second team out as of this moment. That would seem to imply that if Stanford's remaining accomplishments are greater than a few of the teams directly above them then they have a decent chance of getting in. So, the teams directly above Stanford, in order are: Minnesota, Colorado St, Xavier, UConn, Indiana, Seton Hall, Boise State, VCU, Louisville.
Those are presumably the ones to keep an eye on in comparison to whatever Stanford manages to do the rest of the way.

Plus there are two wildcards that are potentially in our favor.  First, we have an outstanding win over Alabama.  The Tourney committee has a history of valuing these sorts of wins.  Second, we might get some bonus points for having  losses with 1-3 (then) starters out.

Even with 2 wins in the next 3 games, I still think the odds will be against us.  But stranger things have happened with Tourney selections.
