I'm not really sure what to make of the fact that Arbuthnott went on walkabout in the second set before fighting back to take the tiebreak. Madurawe looked to be cruising up 6-0 5-2, but then got pushed into a tighter second set. Geller was fun to watch -- she can really hit some beautiful winners. Shin on the other hand just grinds so much -- and her style does often get her the win. I think that none of us will be surprised to see the final lineup be some semblance of Gordon, Blake, Arbuthnott, Getller, Choy, Shin -- in that order. Based off of performances so far, I'd say that Higuchi would be next in the pecking order, but who knows that the plan is moving forward as we get to tougher competition.
