Interesting enough several of the hottest games I ever attended were opening day 1980 or so at Candlestick with a company group in CF and then Pac Bell over the left forks foul line.  All facing the sun
Of course most of the other 700 or so of my games at Candlestick were cold to very cold

Mrs. Mick and I were dating in 1984 and we went to a Candlestick night game in very light clothing.  My future father in law thought we were nuts and insisted that we bring a blanket.  It never got below 80 degrees, nor was there any breeze or wind on an unseasonably warm evening. 

Of course, there's always a tradeoff.  The Giants were down 8-0 by the third inning on their way to a crushing loss.
