Btw BostonCard, McClure's grad plan do not (at the moment) include Stanford:

Following graduation this spring, McClure will be in the Teach for America Memphis Corps working as a public school special education teacher. There, she intends to pursue a master's in education from Johns Hopkins and a career in the field of education.

Yeah, that's what I was referring to.  My point that staying at Stanford would not have precluded getting a Masters in Education, since Stanford has a School of Education (and a very good one at that).  Of course, given that she is picking Hopkins, she may well have concluded that she will end her volleyball career.
