Thank you Texas for taking down Maryland.  I really like our chances now.

Held Maryland to their lowest scoring of the season.  The Longhorns applied the brakes to the Terrapins.

Be careful what you wish for....  I thought Texas was very scary with what they did to UCLA early.   But, they are fighting the attrition of their players.  I was surprised they came back after two players had to be pulled (although one came back quickly).  I notice that Texas didn't fade late despite only using 3 minutes total for players 7 & 8.  

I thought Maryland's offense had a lot of attributes in common with Stanford's offense.  Maybe they'd shut us down as effectively.
