I don't know his name, but whoever Washington State's baseball announcer is on the Pac-12 Network is absolutely first-rate. No overhyping, no cheesiness of any fashion, exudes warmth, displays an understanding of the players (including the opposing team, such as Stanford) and rarely makes a mistake. I wish he were the norm today in broadcasting rather than the exception.
