Rose Zhang started the final round tied for the lead but a horrible triple bogey on 13 (which is a birdie hole) was her undoing. Even just a bogey and she wins.
Nonetheless she and freshman Rachel Heck tied for 3rd. Heck rallied on the back nine to move up the leaderboard. Lei Ye played much better today and was able to climb into 15th after making the cut by only one stroke.
All in all a great showing for Stanford women's golf. This team should be one of the favorites to win a natty.
