Also let's not underestimate the pull from CoVid to go home to family, roots, etc. She is from NC originally and may have felt this was the right time to head south (and we know that Duke and UNC are no longer possibilities).

Plus the climate is a bid warmer in the winter where she is headed, which makes a difference when you get older for some, especially for women who may not have good circulation in their hands and feet.

That would make her, what 41-42?  Excuse me if I object to your characterization of her as "older"
