Taking this thread back to Mills, I guess the Texans drafting his was a big deal in Houston because it's the first time the team has given any signal that Watson's time there may be short. I think they're just hedging their bets. They aren't sure if Watson is gonna be playing for them next season, either due to his legal issues or his being at loggerheads with management about wanting to be traded. They also aren't sure if Mills is a starter or not.
