If you are considering the Central Valley, why not buy out UOP, well I guess having Ted Leland around would be a bit much!
Sure the City of Stockton has issues as do many cities, but having the Port of Stockton and the San Joaquin Delta could be real pluses, like booking Leland passage on a tramp steamer to parts unknown..........
