Another reason that the P12 will never be at parity with the SEC. The SEC is sending each school $23M for Covid financial losses to be paid out of future revenues. "The SEC said it expects its annual distributions in 2025 and beyond to continue to increase even after a portion is used to fund the one-time payment."
