Is there a way I can get an alert for when this thread goes back to talking about baseball and not 30 posts about weather? Yes, it’ll be hot. I think we all get that lol.

Fair enough. Maybe TTUAlum can give us the scoop on the Red Raiders and the atmosphere at Rip Griffin/Dan Law? Most importantly, do they have fans like the "Wooh!" Anteater fan?

I'm not familiar with the "Wooh!" Anteater fan.... But I am familiar with TCU fans that do some version of the "Wooh!'s" during games, it's annoying as hell.. TTU does have a heckler section between the first baseline and home plate, but most of those guys are older so they aren't yelling profanity or obscurities at players or anything like that.. The Big 12 sells alcohol now, so you can enjoy beers at the game (just remember to drink water- it'll be hot) so there is no re-entry. The atmosphere from my experience has always been pretty good. I've never seen a fight break out between fans or anything like that or anything on that level. The seating capacity is right about 5,000 and I'd expect it to be packed even with the heat.

What else would you like to know? Best players? Key injuries? etc.?

Post Edit: I'll throw a disclaimer out there.. TTU does have 1 fan known as "Eric" that will probably be there and be yelling trying to get chants started. He's probably in his mid-late 30's if I were guessing and he wears a cape and masked rider mask (ie. part of the mascot). It gets a little annoying, but maybe try to refrain from dogging him too much as he falls on the spectrum.
