Kid is choosing Rice over U. Nebraska and Louisville.  I don't care if he plays football at all.  It's a good decision.

Right? If you're forced to transfer for playing time, one would assume your NFL prospects are already looking pretty shaky. But academically, hard to see anything other than a good decision here.
