Against your advice I read the comments. They say she is injured. I don't follow the WNBA so I don't know the extent of her injury. If she is injured it seems reasonable to me an injured player is not selected. Did Staley make the final roster decisions? She seems like a fair and solid coach to me.
The article doesn't speculate about why she was snubbed. If she was unfairly snubbed there has to be a reason behind it.
