I've noticed our cupboard of elite QB talent in the pipeline is pretty bare.  Our latest QB commit has 4 passing TDs and 2 Ints in his entire high school career, and we haven't exactly been on target with higher ranked recruits.  Is this lack of top talent due to the lack of campus visits or bad on field record trend?

Or is it due to the number of injuries/issues in strength & conditioning?
Or is it due to the game planning & play calling of Shaw & Fanboy Hero OC?
Or is it due to the decline of depth along the OL?

There are a myriad of issues that seem to be leading top recruits to feel increasingly less confident about their chances to play in the NFL if they come to Stanford as opposed to other places.
