My prediction:  he will not be a head football coach anywhere else (at least not at D1 or pro level).  He could leave and go into broadcasting or some kind of occasional TV role, though.

Shaw is just shy of 50. I would take the over on "0".  I agree, though, that if he doesn't stay at Stanford for another 10-15 years, and doesn't become a head coach anywhere else, I could see him go into broadcasting.

He seems to really enjoy his NFL Draft gig, so I wouldn't at all be surprised to see him more in that capacity.
