- Albane Valenzuela, current top 32 in Race to CME Globe (LPGA version of the FedEx Cup)
- Andrea Lee, top 10 finisher at last years Women's Open
- Aline Krauter, 2020 R&A Women's Amateur champion
- Rose Zhang, 2020 US Women's Amateur champion
Carnoustie, aka Car-nasty, is the hardest golf course I have ever played.
Valenzuela is 78th in the Race To CM Globe.
Hmm, she was listed as having qualified based on CME standing. Must have been an error

Don't get me wrong it's a great course, just really really hard. I donated a Stanford GC bag tag to the halfway house which has an amazing collection of them on the walls when I played it many years ago.
Still a few players out on the course, but the Cardinal contingent is done for Round 1 and played well overall:
Andrea Lee -4 T4
Albane Valenzuela -2 T13
Rose Zhang E T44
Aline Krauter +2 T94
