Didn't Von Appen once say something to the effect that, "We are on the same team but that doesn't mean that I trust you."

I went to lunch w my Dad a couple of his friends and Von Appen just prior to the 1-11 season. He was, I believe DC.   One of us asked how the defense looked. He said “we’re small.  But we make up for it by being slow.”  We laughed. He wasn’t kidding.
