Yep. That was a great article. I think it would be a good idea to have the Giants and Braves play a Field of Dreams game there, particularly since several of the best Alabama-born guys played for those teams (Mays, Aaron, McCovey, Bruton).

I would guess the “oldest” is determined by the status of the original grandstand. It is still intact in Birmingham. Vermont’s grandstand was destroyed by fire in 1913.
