News on what the Alliance might mean for football scheduling.

1. Work with ESPN and Fox to allow 8 conference games instead of 9
2. Each school in the Alliance plays one home and one away non-conference game each year vs. other Alliance members

so if this happens we would play eight conference games, two alliance games, and ND every year with one opponent TBD

if this happens would we still play USC and UCLA every year and rotate through the other four teams in the south over an eight year period (would we keep home and away in consecutive years for each of the other four teams so six year gap in playing any one of the four? or maybe play them in rotation so we play each one every four years?)

ND could count as an Alliance game because of their ACC alignment.
