I know you have relocated to Denver, but I hope your family and friends are ok after Hurricane Ida.

Thank you for checking BC.  Fortunately all came through fine.  Those who stayed are mostly now deciding where to spend the next X weeks until power is restored.  The flood protection system worked well for New Orleans.  Unfortunately, the power grid lacked the necessary resilience.  Hopefully they'll do better next time.
