Since they don't show you all the missed shots in these highlight tapes, it is tough to know how good of a shooter he is, but I guess it is worth noting that he was looking for his own shot a lot.

He doesn't look particularly quick, but neither was Matt Lottich.
I'm not convinced that either Mike O'Connell or Isa Silva is significantly quicker or more skilled than Gaeler is. O'Connell does have an inch and more weight than Gaeler and I gather Silva has two more inches. But really, what else is Gaeler lacking, at least based on these clips?
