ASU just beat UCLA in a reverse sweep, 15-8 in the 5th set. So we are now tied for the lead in the PAC-12. But tough road trip to the Washington schools next week, WSU (which swept UO today) and then UW.

Indeed!  This road trip to WA state to end the first half of PAC 12 play is crucial for Stanford:

-  25th ranked WSU's is now teeming with confidence on the heels of sweeping their last 4 matches vs. Arizona, ASU, OSU and 13th ranked Oregon, with all of these on the road;

-  10th ranked Washington is starting to regain their top form after a reverse sweep @ 13th ranked Oregon, followed today by a sweep @ OSU where they had a scorching .512 hitting % 

I predict they split this road trip but with the best aggregate of talents in the PAC 12 continuously improving in every facet of the game, plus hopefully a collective sense of urgency and some killer instinct, Stanford definitely has what it takes to win both matches.
