Briefly considered making the trip, but not seriously.

This page doesn't mention tournament tickets, but does have a phone number at the bottom of the page:

Or you could try calling Stanford's ticket office, to see if they have any info on tickets.

ETA:  I saw a lot of complaints in a Minnesota VB thread about season ticket holders not getting their seats ... so it sounds like the seats are/were for sale.
