By the way, Miner did quite well on jousts at the net. My impression earlier in the year was that we were losing all the jousts, but we did well against Minnesota.
Yes, Campbell would be valuable on any team. I appreciated her intelligent play.
Regarding "Sami would benefit from upper body strength training.", I expect all colleges from Division III and up are doing such, so I expect she is benefiting from it. Not everyone develops to the same level at the same pace. That's why you have some Kathryn Plummers and others that aren't as strong a hitter. Few people have fully matured in body size and strength as a freshman (Sami). (She's obviously grown tall quickly. It usually takes longer to fill out. Personally, I wasn't anywhere near that tall, but I was doing everything I could do to add body weight at that age. Remember Nutrament?)
