Before anyone buries Cincinnati as a "Group of 5 doesn't belong," there are a whole lot of Power 5 teams who could have been similarly curb stomped in a playoff semi-final against Alabama.
I don't think (m)any believe Cincy was undeserving of a CFP spot. And without question, Alabama would have beaten down many an opponent in semis. I'm hoping (and expecting) Michigan-Georgia to be more competitive. But if either team gets out to a big lead early, things could snowball as those defenses might just be in attack-the-QB mode. Don't see that happening, but we'll find out soon enough.
This game decided, imo, at LOS. Both teams run. Both teams stop the run. Both have solid but not spectacular QB’s. Whichever team controls the LOS wins. Absent, of course, turnovers.
Georgia 28-21. But won’t surprise me if Michigan wins.
Brock Bowers is a beast. Freshman of the year. Napa. Years ago he would’ve gone to a California school – probably SC much as I hate to say it. But these days…
