Edit: I did a search for an image of a leaky sieve or bucket and found this picture. It turns out that it was used as a metaphor at a medical clinic for a particular medical condition that one might snicker at, and the URL for the image included the name of that condition. All I cared about was the image, but apparently someone saw the URL and reported it as "inappropriate content" so the site took the image down (apparently without seeing it). Sigh... So, I had to copy the image to an image hosting site just so it's URL would have no semantics.
Was curious, didn't find the link to the condition, but did see at least a dozen different links using that image (or more likely, the mirror of it). Did see one link to a kidney problem, tho.
