on coaching duties, I like one of the old setups of something like Int OL coach with OTs and TEs with the other OL/TE coach. the former coach would handle/be run game coordinator.
Did Bowers have interest in Stanford? And could he have gotten in? If so, that’s a whiff of epic proportion. The guy is a beast.
No AP classes, though arguments could be made that if we had been on him earlier he would've been willing to change his class schedule - not sure on that part.
yes on interest. I'd heard the class schedule too, but I then later learned the hesitancy was due to coach evaluation. that evaluation later changed but by then it was too late.
it is not the 1st time it has played out this way. NPF is still the poster child.
For those unaware: NPF = Nicolas Petit-Frere, Ohio State super-stud OL with fantastic grades and interest who had been teed up to staff as a sophomore only to be ignored for way too long.
