rams did not throw much to him through 3 quarters plus, then went to him almost every play in the final drive.
rams ran pretty much every first down, for essentially no gain, until the final drive.
rams did not blitz til the end of the 3rd quarter, then destroyed burrow. 7 sacks. they did the same to the 49ers in the nfc championship game. burrow's final pass was almost identical to jimmy g's: back-hand flip up in the air as the qb goes down.
if the bengals had won, that spurious long td throw that put them ahead 17-13 would have looked very bad. grabbing the cornerback's facemark and throwing him to the ground = offensive pass interference. you think? didn't look like there was an official anywhere near the play. sleeping on the job.
