It was a plainly obvious penalty. Both a face-masking penalty and an offensive interference penalty. The Bengals' WR didn't just "disorient" the DB; rather, he grabbed his face-mask, jerked his head around, and sent him sprawling into the ground. Not a close call. It was a 75-yard, 7-point gift from the officials.
