From my perspective, the OPI was obvious and should have been called. The refs just missed it.  I think the defensive holding was much more questionable.  It was a defensible call, but given that the refs had been letting a lot go, it was a bit puzzling that all of a sudden they threw a flag on three consecutive plays, none of which were blatant.  I think for a defender, it can be tough if the refs are letting a lot go, and then all of a sudden start blowing the whistle. In the end, I don’t think the refs advantages one team or the other, but it was qualitatively awful.
