I'll still go with "too many live ball turnovers" being the biggest determinant of our "luck" in the NCAAs.  
You know, Coach doesn't HAVE to sit Cam if she picks up her second foul in the 1H . . .

I think it’d have to depend on how effective she is between fouls. 2 fouls but also scoring at will? Maybe keep her in. Otherwise we have enough talented players that it’s really risky to have her pick up a 3rd foul and not be available (or available at full aggressiveness) in a critical late-game situation.
