If we want to compare with other institutions, note that Frank Martin was just fired at SCAR five years after taking them to the 2017 final four and after leading SCAR to the top half of the conference in three of the past four seasons.  The blighted record that led to his dismissal? 18-13 and 9-9 Conference.  So basically, he's Haase with more wins, a better conference record, and a Final Four....
