I think Delaire's ceiling is high--but he sure wasn't getting close to that under Haase.  Delaire needs to work on shot selection, and he needs to be getting the ball in the post, not 25 feet from the basket. 

I hope he finds a good landing spot and gets a chance to play in the Tourney.
