In Delaire's case, I think he tried to do too much. Why? Could be he was being selfish or could be that he really wanted his team to win and wasn't confident that the other players could get it done. Either way, it wasn't working. I wish Ingram would have been more selfish because I think he could have got it done. Ultimately, it is the coach's job to get his players to play as a team.
