Don’t know about snarky but you did omit anything related to Mulkey’s coaching ability or her teams record or skills. Worse yet you left out observation that she didn’t go to Stanford, doesn’t live on the West Coast and speaks with a Southern Accent. It’s really embarrassing that they let “those people” into womens basketball. I mean, like you said, they don’t even know how to dress and they don’t talk like we do.

P.S. To answer your question: your phrase works as well as any. But if you really want to make your point, you should refer to it as "Shallow Alto." That seems to be a favorite swipe at residents of my town.
