 I don't understand why a woman basketball coach would ever wear high heel shoes at a game, especially one that paces the sideline as much as Mulkey.  

FWIW, I recall Lindy almost always did, and Kate sometimes does too:



With both Kim and Muffet, I've always had very mixed and conflicted feelings about them. I liked Muffet a lot for what she brought to the sport and contributed off the court, but I thought she was a terrible loser and tolerate so much flopping and dirty play from her players.  With Kim, it's almost the opposite - I think she coaches solid teams and is generally pretty congratulatory of opposing squads, including Tara. But her off-the-court stuff has been loathsome at times and the jacket tossing, while vaguely amusing, it also just kind of insane from a role-modeling perspective.

As usual, this conversation mostly just makes me even more grateful for the coach we have. :)
