Probably no great insight here, but Hasse must change his approach to how the program builds its rosters.
He's proven getting one one and done every year isn't a recipe for success. Maybe when he has veteran teams a one and done can be plugged in each year, but I think the wiser approach is to focus on international players and guys you expect to be around for a few years.
I'd just recruit nothing but shooters and finishers, and teach them how to defend and play defense. Some will be better athletes than others, but you need guys who can put the biscuit in the basket first and foremost.
