I think Tiger could have a case given PGA v. Martin, but I will admit to not being a lawyer, and maybe the ADA would treat recovery from an injury differently than a chronic condition.

It matters a ton. Martin got his exemption under the ADA. Injuries that are not permanent disabilities don't generally qualify
