Five starters plus Rogers, Littell, Dotal, Leone, Brebbia, Alvarez, McGee, Garcia and either Castro or Long.

The option game will force SF to put Garcia on the roster (no options left) and push either Castro or Long (both have options remaining) onto the Sacramento Express to start the season.

Note: The new option limitation of five does not become effective until May 2.  I would expect the Giants to liberally exercise that loophole in the month of April.  

The big question is what happens on May 2 when the roster limit drops to 26 (and the pitcher limit is set at 13). Will the Giants finally give up on Dubon and/or Duggar (neither have an option remaining)?
