IMO, getting back to where we were in 2016-2018 is doable by at least someone. Not sure whether it is Shaw or not but it looks like we are going to find out. Getting back to where we were in 2010-2015 looks like a real long shot no matter who the coach is. Of course a lot of coaches who accomplished what we did from, say, 2010-2012 wouldn't have stuck around for 2013-2015.
