So anyway, I heard Tristan Beck was promoted to Sacramento, is tearing it up, and could be making his Giants debut soon.

This means the Giants have Hjelle and Beck as possible rookie starters ready to debut this year.

Beck isn't even on the Giants 40-man roster and has pitched a total of 14 innings at AA.

Hjelle yes, since the Giants will surely need spot starters at some point.

Update: Beck was called up to Scaramento but his first start was a tough one: 4.1 IP, 7 ER, 9 hits, 2 BB, 3 K.
