Bob, every summer I look forward to your team-by-team round-up so I can keep track of which players and which coaches have changed substantially since we last played them in the Pac 12, plus all the fun speculation about which teams will be our biggest threats.  But after this off-season's hurricane of transfers blew through, your reporting will move from an interesting prelude to absolutely essential reading.  It seems like half the teams in the Pac 12 will put out a group of starters who will be nearly unrecognizable to us in their current form.

Maybe we could rank the stability of the starting lineups of our opponents, from most familiar to least familiar?  WSU seems most stable, is Arizona, with 7 players transferring in or out, the least?  Oregon has 6, but those numbers may rise as the transfer in become clear.
