Angel Reese to LSU. Mulkey putting a good team together

You have to commend Coach Kim MULKEY for what she was able to accomplish during her 1st season at LSU, inheriting a mediocre team and molding them into a national Top 10 team by season's end.

At the end of her first season as coach, she lost her top 5 scorers and top 5 rebounders to graduation, with just 4 holdovers remaining led by their #7 scorer in 6'3 Hannah GUSTERS (4.4 ppg, 2.7 rpg, but #16 overall from Class of 2020)

And in just a matter of merely a month, she was able to fill her roster with the following notable additions:

Angel REESE            6'3      F       Jr      #2 overall from Class of 2020     (from Maryland, 17.8 ppg, 10.6 rpg, 1.7 spg, 1.1 bpg)
Kateri POOLE           5'8     G       Jr      #24 overall from Class of 2020    (from Ohio State, 4.8 ppg, 2.4 rpg)
