I detest Alabama football for several reasons, but Saban speaks the truth. One side of me however is cheering A&M for being so brazen. Instead of a modern vote suppression scheme it is a reversion to Tammany Hall where suitcases of cash bought turkey dinners and whiskey for everyone in the precinct who voted your way. It is refreshing to see transparent corruption as opposed to disguised corruption. The more open and obvious it gets, the sooner the whole edifice will collapse. Then at least there may be a 50/50 chance of something better....

....that and I am really tickled that corruption in sport may actually hurt Alabama.
