I wouldn't say much better. Hitting is the most important but it's not the whole thing, of course. Dubon reached the majors in 2019.

Dubon (2019-2022): 185 games played, 537 plate appearances, 2.3 bWAR.

La Stella (2019-2022): 217 games played, 815 plate appearances, 3.1 bWAR.

Adjusting for playing time it's pretty close, and Dubon is presumably in his prime (27 years old) while La Stella is 33.

Tyler Rogers led the league in games pitched in both 2020 and 2021 and pitched nearly twice as many innings as his brother.  Still think Tyler is a bargain at $730k.

He was phenomenal last year, while earning $583,000 (barely over the minimum). Tremendous value. He recorded 2.5 bWAR last year, which is worth over $21 million on the open market. Every team dreams of a tenth round pick contributing as he has.
