The excuses wouldn’t be valid regardless, as, for better or worse, Haase has had ample time to shape the roster to what it is. So, if the issue is that the roster is deficient, then the buck stops with the coach.
All else being equal, I would rather win with Haase than take chances with a new hire. The issue is that I a not sure we can with Haase, but given that he is our coach now, I might have well (naively) root for the team to win.
Im glad Ingram is back, and I am glad we got a promising transfer. I hope that this time is different and that we finally have the ingredients for a deep March run.
